You can start to benefit from nextstep services now by using the range of services and information contained in this web site. If you prefer you can call us FREE on Within the 'What we do' section of this site, we have described the services that we can offer along with details of each of our 'nextstep' service providers across the Black Country - including: Their Contact details, opening times, location map, statement of Service and a brief description of the organisation. 'Course search' is where you can find learning opportunities across the Black Country, West Midlands and beyond. There are hundreds and hundreds of courses detailed - who provides the course and their contact details. Unsure what type of job would right for you? 'Jobs Profile' will provide you with hundreds of job and work descriptions. We have placed in the 'Useful tools' a number of documents that will help you to compile a good CV, complete an application form and write a support letter. You will find 'Helpful web links' can take you to web sites relating to Jobs, education and many other resources. You can assess your own skill levels and identify your development needs too. If you want to read about our service in another language other than English, we have placed in 'Language support' our charter and leaflets detailing the nextstep services in 18 languages. There are also telephone numbers where the advisors speak languages other than English. If you want advice on how to progress in learning or work without seeing an adviser, click on 'E-Advice' and e-mail us your question or situation. |
